Knapp 570 Höhenmeter zum Hochwechsel, rund 30 Minuten Gehzeit zum Kraxlpark Mönichkirchen: Der Alpengasthof Fernblick ist die Basisstation unzähliger Wander- und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten. Und liegt unmittelbar an 13 Pistenkilometern pursten Winterspaßes. Ein eigener Bauernhof versorgt die Küche mit frischen Produkten, Forellen und Saiblinge stammen aus eigenen Teichen.

Im Sommer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen im Wechselgebiet, nahe der Rollerbahn Mönichkirchen, Themenweg Wildwasser Mariensee, Kletterpark Mönichkirchen, Themenweg Lebenswasser, Thermennähe; Der Schaukelweg mit insgesamt 17 Stationen ist direkt vom Haus aus bequem erreichbar. Auch die neuen Wexltrails für Biker mit allen Ansprüchen führen direkt am Alpengasthof vorbei.
